Das erste Plüschtier meiner Bestellung hatte büschelchenweise Fellverlust und aufgeplatze Nähte. Das zweite Plüschtier (die Ersatzsendung) hatte büschelchenweise Fellverlust. Der Kontakt mit dem Elbenwald-Team wegen Ersatz lief topp, ohne Probleme. Für das Team: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Schade - Nach der Ersatzlieferung, der Feststellung von Defiziten und meiner Bitte um Rückerstattung blieb es emailmässig still, das Retourlabel/-Formular kann ohne Probleme heruntergeladen und ausgedruckt werden.

Als großer Avatar-Fan wollte ich schon immer eine Appa-Plüschfigur haben und habe mir mit einem Exemplar von Elbenwald nun diesen Traum erfüllen können. Er sieht super aus, ist total weich, hat eine tolle Größe und ist qualitativ extrem hochwertig. Kann ich jedem Fan wärmstens empfehlen!
