FAQ
You can have almost everything delivered free of charge to the shop of your choice. The only exception is
our surprise items, such as the surprise T-shirt. Remember that you can only order a maximum of 5 items at
the same time.
Yes!
If you see the message "Thank you for your order" after placing your order, everything has worked. Next, you
will receive an email from the shop as soon as your items have arrived.
It can take 2 to 4 days until your parcel is ready for collection at the branch. Deliveries abroad can take
up to a week in some cases. If you are in a hurry, you can check the availability of products in the store
online and, if necessary, buy them on the spot.
We will contact you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Then you can drop by whenever
you like - during opening hours, of course. We will reserve your order for you for 7 days.
Nothing at all. You are not obliged to pick up your order. But we know: Elbenwald fans are among the good
guys and would never intentionally leave us sitting on packages. Would they?

Of course you can! Many of our shops have a fitting room where you can change.

You only pay when you have looked at the items on site and really want to take them with you. You can pay
cash, by EC or credit card.
