Die Gläser wurden im Geschäft abgeholt. Da die Qualität des Aufdrucks bei allen vorhandenen Gläsern so schlecht war,wurden sie gegen andere Gläser mit anderem Design ausgetauscht. Es gab nicht ein Gläserpaar ,welches keine Mängel im Aufdruck ,wie Kratzer und Blasen , aufwies. Nun habe ich Gläser ,die ich nicht wollte ,aber nach Auskunft der Mitarbeiterin des Ladens wäre ansonsten nur ein Gutschein,den ich auch nicht wollte , möglich gewesen. Sehr schade,da die Gläser als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht waren.
