Bizarre maatvoering, waardeloos retourproces en Nederlandse klanten worden anders behandeld dan Duitse.
De maatvoering van het shirt is heel vreemd. Er zit een enorm verschil tussen maat L en XL. Daar zou nog minimaal een maat tussen kunnen. Het retourproces is omslachtig, onhandig en onduidelijk. Absurd dat je als Nederlander geen retoursticker krijgt en dat je zelf maar moet uitzoeken waar je je bestelling naar moet terugsturen en daar ook nog eens zelf voor moet betalen. Daarnaast is veel van de communicatie in het Duits. Als je je op de Nederlandse markt wil begeven zorg dan ook dat je alles goed regelt voor je Nederlandse klanten en niet alleen voor de Duitsers.
