Dar Hoodie ist viel zu Lummrig und allgemein der fit sieht nicht so nice aus

Our comment: Das ist echt schade und so sollte das auch nicht sein. Wenn ein Produkt fehlerhaft ist, kannst du gerne unserem Kundensupport eine Nachricht schreiben und dann schauen wir gemeinsam, was wir machen können. Da findet sich sicher eine Lösung. Liebe Grüße aus dem Elbenwald. :)

Größen stimmen nicht und der Pulli färbt

Ich habe diesen Pulli in XL bestellt. Der erste kam als eine recht kleine XL an. Leider auch mit Loch in der Tasche und Flecken. Umtausch lief absolut problemlos. Der zweite kam dann als normale XL an und passt perfekt. Jedoch würde mich interessieren was hier für Farben verarbeitet wurden... Das blau hat mir meine Wäsche verfärbt was echt ärgerlich ist. Und nach dem waschen kommt er auch nicht mehr so schön raus. Für den Preis würde ich ihn nicht nochmal kaufen...
