Plates & Bowls

Plates & bowls with a fan motif – a set table, a world retold

Eating is the one appointment nobody cancels – three times a day you sit at the table, and three times a day that table could be telling a story about you. Plates and bowls with a fan motif use exactly that opportunity: they bring your favorite world to where everyone's already looking, turning dinner into a continuation of your fandom by other means. At Elbenwald you'll find officially licensed dishware for movies, shows, games, and anime – from the ramen bowl to the breakfast plate, from everyday dishware to the piece that really belongs in a display case. Whether you set the whole table right away or first upgrade the breakfast spot is up to you – experience shows, though, that it rarely stops at one piece.

What makes good fan dishware?

Motif accuracy, material, and everyday usability. The license guarantees original designs in accurate colors – especially relevant for dishware, since the motif has to survive cutlery, wash cycles, and daily wear here. Ceramic dominates the material side: sturdy, heat-retentive, and pleasantly heavy in the hand; dishwasher and microwave details are on the respective product page. And form follows function: a real ramen bowl holds noticeably more than a cereal bowl – anyone who's ever spooned instant noodles out of a soup plate knows why that difference matters. In short: good fan dishware doesn't just look like your favorite world, it also performs as reliably as grandma's original service. Just with far better stories at dinner.

Frequently asked questions

What plates and bowls does Elbenwald offer?

Breakfast and dinner plates, cereal and ramen bowls, plus serving pieces – with motifs across the brand worlds, from Harry Potter to anime franchises to gaming. The filters narrow the selection down to your fandom.

What should I look out for with a ramen bowl?

The capacity – a classic ramen bowl is noticeably larger than a cereal bowl, to make room for noodles, broth, and toppings. Sets with matching spoons or chopsticks are practical; the details are on the product page.

Can fan dishware go in the dishwasher and microwave?

Depends on the model – the respective product page gives the binding answer. Rule of thumb: gentle hand washing keeps any motif fresh the longest, and decor with metallic effects never belongs in the microwave.

Are plates and bowls suitable as a gift?

Yes – especially as a set with recognition value: a bowl plus a mug from the same world makes a gift that gets used daily instead of aging in a drawer. More ideas are gathered at Gift Ideas.

Range overview

Plates & bowls are the foundation of the fan dinner table in Home & Kitchen – complemented by glasses and coasters for the drinks side, plus storage tins for whatever's left over after the meal. Prep happens on motif cutting boards, cooking follows the cookbooks from the big franchise worlds – turning the kitchen into a fully themed set where only the catering itself still comes from reality. Guests get used to it surprisingly fast – some have started submitting motif requests.

What else goes well with it?

For movie night after dinner: candy & drinks fill the bowls in perfectly on-theme fashion, and a blanket from the same department turns the couch into the house's best box seat.
