This beautiful, artistic sculpture in the style of an open fairy tale book is titled Once Upon a Time - Love Endures and shows the famous ballroom scene from Beauty and the Beast with Belle, the Beast, Lumière and Cogsworth. It is part of Enesco's Disney Traditions series in the Showcase Collection and was designed by artist Jim Shore. Other figures from the film are currently not available, including Lumière, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts with Chip, and Belle.
