When shopping at Elbenwald you can choose between several methods of payment - depending on the size of your order and your personal situation and preferences. Each payment method has advantages and disadvantages, sometimes each is suitable and under other circumstances not. The following overview gives you a general idea and should make your decision easier.
Fast travel:
Credit card
Payment for the goods is automatic: the credit card is charged when the order is dispatched.
Advantages
- Very convenient: Payment is made automatically when the goods are dispatched.
- High security through encryption (SSL 256Bit).
Requirement
- Requirement of a (chargeable) credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
Invoice
Your order will be shipped immediately. You only pay when the goods have been delivered, and only for what you want to keep.
Advantages
- Secure and convenient through Klarna
- Payment terms of up to 30 days
Requirement
- Only for items in stock.
- No different delivery address.
- Credit check required.
- When using Klarna for the first time, please enter your name, email address and postal address.
- Only available in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Finland.
Nachnahme
Payment for the goods is made directly to the postman on delivery.
Advantages
- High security: The goods are only paid for on receipt - in cash (postman & post office branch), with EC or credit card (branch only).
Requirement
- Subject to charges: Cash on delivery fee 5.50 EUR.
- Only available in Germany.
Prepayment
Payment for the goods is made before receipt. Upon receipt of payment, the shipment of the order will be arranged.
Advantages
- Secure, as no bank or login data is passed on via the Internet.
Requirement
- Receipt of payment/dispatch of goods delayed due to transfer time, therefore not ideal for gifts etc.
- Possibly a long time gap between payment and delivery for pre-orders.
PayPal
Payment for the goods is made before receipt. After ordering, the payment must be instructed via your PayPal account.
Advantages
- Convenient and secure: Payment is processed via PayPal.
Requirement
- A (free) PayPal account is required.
Ratenzahlung PayPal
Your order will be shipped immediately. The first instalment is due in 38 days at the earliest.

Ratenkauf Klarna
Immediate dispatch of goods. Instalment model can be individually adapted to your needs.

- Instalment amount freely selectable (≥ recommended minimum amount).
- Variable payment period from 3 to 36 months.
- 2 interest models: interest-free or interest-bearing.
- Payment method, e.g. credit card, freely selectable.

Payment is made directly by instant bank transfer or direct debit. Immediate dispatch of the goods.

Amazon Pay

Apple Pay

- Payment via familiar Apple interface without re-entering bank details.
- Convenient and very secure thanks to two-factor authentication.
Requirement
- An Apple device and a (free) Apple Pay customer account are required, which also requires a credit card and an Apple ID.
Pick up & pay
The order will be sent free of charge to an Elbenwald store and can be paid for there. What is store delivery?
Advantages
- Very secure, no need to provide payment details.
- Pay on the spot - cash, ec or credit card.
- Goods can be tried on before payment.
